ORDERING:

What size should I buy?

All garments have sizing charts listed in their descriptions. Please refer to the sizing chart to determine what size would fit you best. If an item fits oversized, it will be listed in the description, as well.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:

What is the shipping policy?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. If your items are in stock, your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information on the day it ships. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (unless we are running a free shipping promotion). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items marked “delivered” by USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of order fulfillment.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept exchanges for different sizes of the same garment if we receive your exchange request email within 30 days of original purchase date. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. For exchange requests, please email biz@shophappyrags.com with your order number and exchange info.

Happy Rags offers free exchanges for garments received with qualifying manufacturing defects. In this scenario, please email biz@shophappyrags.com within 30 days of purchase with photos of the defective garment and order number. Happy Rags will evaluate the claim and contact you with further details.

We do not accept returns at this time.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

How do I wash my garments?

For best results, we recommend washing garments in cold water on a delicate cycle with similar colors or hand wash. Hang to dry.
